To preserve the natural luster and strength of our silk, we recommend professional dry cleaning or hand-washing in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent. Always air dry away from direct sunlight.

What is the quality grade of your silk?

We exclusively use 100% Grade 6A Mulberry silk, which is the highest quality available on the market, ensuring a smooth texture and superior durability.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, silk face masks and intimates cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Silks ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
