At Silks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your garment isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your silk garments and place them back in their original protective packaging and dust bags to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
